As the founder of Dream Drop Lights, I transformed a product idea into an industry: my invention—the LED snowfall tube—became a market standard, now replicated by retailers nationwide. Throughout my career, I have built successful business models using e-commerce and SEO, driving consistent growth and setting benchmarks for modern retail.
I launched Ruckus & Co. in partnership with the ASU Chandler Innovation Center, creating a premium micro-manufacturing company that blends AI-driven design with local artisan skill—delivering unique, story-driven timepieces and products.
At Wells Fargo, I led teams through major technology transformations: from scaling hybrid collaboration for hundreds of thousands during COVID-19, to architecting a $1B telecom redesign archived by the Smithsonian. My work in risk management, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence shaped not only business success but also how organizations adapt and thrive.
